We got great customer service from Jacqueline in the showroom, sharing her expertise and never feeling that she was pressuring us to buy appliances above our budget. She was very thorough with providing us information on removal of appliances, delivery and warranties. The delivery team was also very good! Clean and efficient. Marlyn at the customer service branch was very helpful by calling me couple of times to confirm the address and any information. I would highly recommend Trail Appliances.
