Where you lost a star was because of the steep increase in delivery cost. I loved ordering groceries when I had a busy weeks but now it's not worth it. I was fine on my part making sure I placed an order by Thursday, and opting for poor time slots like 7-9pm to get a decent delivery rate. But now you want $10 at minimum!!! Not a chance, especially when you're making me spend a minimum of $40 just to place an order.
I hope you have a strategy for when Whole Foods and Amazon launch delivery in Canada. Even if it's $13 for a decent time slot, they offer 1hr delivery, so I don't have to do half as much accommodating as I do to order from Save On.
